Hydrolyzed Collagen is a protein preparation based on bovine collagen Type 1 that is enriched with vitamin C and D3.

Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass – vitamin C contributes to the normal Collagen formation for the normal functioning of cartilage, skin and bones – Proteins and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones – vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Hydrolyzed Collagen is extracted from the skin of ‘grass-eating’ cattle and is identical to human collagen. ‘Hydrolyzed’ means that it is enzymatically broken down, splitting the collagen into smaller chains of amino acids, the peptides. It is pre-digested, so to speak.

Dosage recommendation:

1 jar is good for about a month of daily use! An enclosed measuring spoon filled to 20cc with collagen powder equal to 10g (daily dosage) you can dissolve in all kinds of foods. For example, in tea, coffee, smoothies, fruit juice, yogurt and soup. The product itself has a fairly neutral taste and can therefore be mixed perfectly!
